November 15 to April 30: $5500/Week. Holiday Weeks:$7000
May 1 to November 14: $5000/week. Holiday Weeks:$6500
Nightly Rate (All Year): $1000 per night.
Rental Policies:
There is a $1000 security deposit with rentals. It is refunded by mail after checkout and upon a satisfactory inspection of the premises. 50% of the rental fee and the security deposit is due upon booking. The remaining 50% is due 30 days prior to arrival. A 7% Puerto Rico room tax is added to rental fees. Note: A one week minimum rental is required for Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year's and Easter holidays. Rates are subject to change without notice.
