July, 2010 (Central American & Caribbean Games): $10,000/Week.
Rental Policies:
There is a $500 security deposit with rentals. It is refunded by mail after checkout and upon a satisfactory inspection of the premises. 50% of the rental fee and the security deposit is due upon booking. The remaining 50% is due 30 days prior to arrival. A 7% Puerto Rico room tax is added to rental fees. Note: A one week minimum rental is required for Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year's and Easter holidays, as well as for the 2010 Games in July. Rates are subject to change without notice.
